By using www.hoviontechnologies.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms govern use of the website only — any actual engagement to build software, a website, automation or another service for you will be governed by a separate, signed proposal or agreement between you and Hovion Technologies ("Hovion", "we", "us").

2. Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form, Solution Builder and other tools for your own genuine business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its data, or related systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content at scale without our permission
• Submit false information through the contact form with intent to mislead or spam us

3. Services and Pricing

Prices shown on the Site (e.g. "Starting from ₹X/month") are indicative starting points for the described service, not a binding quote. Every engagement varies based on scope, integrations and requirements — an actual price is only confirmed once we've discussed your specific needs, and any resulting engagement is governed by its own signed proposal or contract, not by this Site.

The Solution Builder tool on the homepage produces an illustrative recommendation based on your answers — it is not a quote, order, or commitment from either party.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logo and the Hovion Core 3D visualization are the property of Hovion Technologies (or used under license) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party services — including Calendly for scheduling and WhatsApp for messaging — that operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control. Use of those services is between you and that provider.

6. "Work" Page Samples

Case studies on the Work page marked "Sample" are illustrative examples of the kind of project we take on — they are not claims about specific, completed client engagements. Genuine case studies will be clearly presented as such once published.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
